HELP: My Trunk Suddenly Does Not Open !! (archive)

Strangest thing. I go food shopping and try to open the trunk (by pushing the trunk button since the doors were open) but it will not open. I then try with the key, but it still does not open. The key hole is definitely in the verticle position (and I tried it horizontally as well). Can anyone assist?
