My clutch pedal creeks, especially noticable when engaging 1st gear. Has anyone experienced this before? Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

I fixed mine by partially disassembling the pedal/actuator mechanism and greasing the joints on the actuator ends. One pin was pretty dry. You have to remove one of the actuator bolts to remove the pin. I didn't need to disassemble the major pedal pivot that's shared with the brake pedal. This was on a '97 328i. Now it's smooth and quiet.
