Questions re: fuel additive and bumper cover (archive)

Any help on these two questions would be great:

1. Should I use a fuel additive to clean injectors and valves? If so, which one?

2. I have the gray rocker panels and bumber covers. The front bumper is getting pretty chipped and black is showing in many spots. Is there a touch up paint to cover the black showing (I know, I should replace with body colored, but need an inexpensive fix to start with).
