AOL should have his address and Phone # if they send him a monthly bill. Or they should have a credit card # if he pays that way. In either case, you can trace your payment to the source. If you paid by check, when the check is deposited, you can find out what account # it was deposited to and find his address that way. Gather as much info as you can and call the police. If it was a substantial amount, pursue it and dont let off. If it was a small amount, just write it off as a lesson. As much as it sucks, sometimes we have to drop trow, bend over, and take it.
