inspection I (archive)

I had just inspection two done last year, and since then I have changed the oil once and put about 6,500 miles on the car. It is now time for inspection one again. Since I change the oil myself should I ignore it and just reset the lights or do I need to get the inspection done from the $tealership? BTW how many inspection I's do you have before inspection 2 is needed?
