oversteer refers to the rear wheels breaking traction before the front ones. this happens mainly in rearwheel drive cars. understeer is just the opposite, which happens in front wheel drive cars.im assuming that term refers to letting off the gas when u begin experiencing oversteer. it seems to risky to brake at the apex, so im sure the answer lies somewhere around braking at the beginning of hte turn and 'powering your way through". hope this helps?
