Question about understeer and sway bars... (archive)

Last weekend at an auto-x event my car was moderatly understeering when pushed hard. I have Eibach sways set on soft front and back. My question is, would setting my rear bar on firm clear up the understeer or do I need to change other settings like camber?
BTW: my tires were at 38psi up front and 36psi rear, next time I'm going to drop them down to 36psi and 32psi, someone told me that might help. What do you guys think?
