Hey guys, tommorow's my court date for a moving violation where I was charged with overtaking a car and not stopping at a crosswalk for a pedestrian. Any advice on what to say and such would be great. I think I'll plead guilty and ask for leniency hoping my spotless record and the type of offense will sawy the judge but what do you guys think? Thanks for any advice...
