Somethin like this:

"i was driving along normanly with the flow of traffic. As i was driving the vehicle in front of me was changing lanes very frequetly with out signaling. At this point i had two options: i could either pass the vheicle or slow down and give him way, which i did. Moments later this vheicle in from of me continues this erratic lane changeing with out signaling. Again i had two options and went with the latter of the 2. I would say in a minutes time this motorists began to change lanes in front of me without signalling again. At this point i felt that i was endangering my life as well as my passengers(if you had one) so i decided to over take him."
