Dear Bimmers fans:

I have a 1996 - 318is. Last week I noticed two small, but annoying "air bubbles" in the leather of the armrest in the driver side door panel.

I was very surprised since I treat the interior with Lexol leather conditioner ( a very nice product though)

I asked a couple of friends and the most logical answer I got was that this was cause due to the heat. (I live in the Caribbean)

Does anyone have a solution for this?
Have you ever heard of this situation before?

Thank you,

Sam
