Warranty for E36 Fog light Lense?? (archive)

I have a 94 E36, the fog light lenses cracked while driving during a sudden down pour of rain. I heard that there may be a program from BMW-NA to replace them under warranty, due to this being a known problem, as the glass gets to hot, and may crack if it gets wet suddenly. Does anyone know of such a warranty/program offered from BMW? Any advice, (program # if applicable) would be appreciated.
