I did not have this problem. But, I did a lot of work on my locks on a 92. I rekeyed the Ign.lock. I suggest temporarily swapping in a lock computer and trying the door again. I could be that the passenger door is sending a signal to the computer that someone is pushing down on the stem. No other door can lock all the doors like this. If this is the case. put in a new pass. door lock. (about 70$ ?). Ive done 2 doors so far and everything works fine now.

My girlfriend just bought a 93 325i today, and we have a slight problem. when we unlock the driver's door, it immediatly locks back, leaving only about 1 second to open the door before doing so. It seems to have a mind of its own... often doing the opposite of what the rest of the doors do. Occasionally, the trunk lock seems also to not follow the rest. Any suggestions/ideas on what this could be? Is there a relay or something that i need to replace, or what?

thanks
richard
