Those handles are vinyl, not leather, so I don't think Lexol leather is the right stuff to use. Vinyl cleaner might do you better. As for the air bubbles, I think it's just age and sun exposure -- tint windows or use a windshield cover when parked... sorry!
Dear Bimmers fans:

I have a 1996 - 318is. Last week I noticed two small, but annoying "air bubbles" in the leather of the armrest in the driver side door panel.

I was very surprised since I treat the interior with Lexol leather conditioner ( a very nice product though)

I asked a couple of friends and the most logical answer I got was that this was cause due to the heat. (I live in the Caribbean)

Does anyone have a solution for this?
Have you ever heard of this situation before?
