M3 rear bumper question, Help! (archive)

Interested in changing the rear bumper on my 98 E36, I was looking at an M3 on the dealers lot the other day and noticed basically that the only difference in the two bumpers was the black trim on the bottom. The M's goes lower and has the diffuser on it. Can this black part simply be bought and switched out? If not does anyone know of any similar rear bumpers?
