Anyone know how to fix a window from jogging up and down on a E36. I suspect its either the switch or motor. Has this happened to anyone before?


Can you be more specific? are you using the onetouch feature when this happens? If its at the end of the rollup, its a feature in which the window automatically retracts if there is an obstruction. If not, then perhaps its the motor. You could add oil to the moving parts, the increase the speed, or replace the motor which could prove costly since its mounted to the door and would need re-welding.
