Reliability of 95 318i vs 95 325i..... (archive)

I currently have a 1995 318i in automatic. The car runs well, and is in great condition, but it's a little slow. I was thinking of looking for a 1995 325i to buy. It's pretty much the same car but with a bigger engine, right? Are there any differences in reliability between the cars? Anything I should watch out for? Thank you,
