undo the two screws with a short screw-driver, move the steering wheel all the way down, then pull the entire assembly out... when you pull it out at first, pull it out and put it face (gauges) down so you can undo the connectors in back (they are simple lever action)... once undone, push the assembly back in a little bit, twist it so its guages facing out, and if your careful you can work it out from behind the steering wheel...
it really didn't take as much effort as you might expect... about 5-10 minutes to pull it out and no more than 5 to pop it back in...
now, what to do once the cluster is out? I have no clue...
I personally really like the amber glow of the stock display - I just wish Ic ould find a good aftermarket MP3 CD player that matched it...
but give it a try... its not all that hard

I was going to install the dials but it seems really dificult? You have to take off the steering wheel and the front dash.
IS IT WORTH It?
