I've done this job and it's a bitch, even with the correct harness. Here's the way I think it goes:

Pin #2 on the foglight switch connects to pin #9 on the headlight switch. With this configuration, the foglights will not work when the headlight switch is in the "parking lights only" position. If you would like your foglights to work with your parking lights, you must replace your headlight switch with a new switch, P/N 61 31 8 353 506. Connect the foglight switch to pin #11 on the new headlight switch.

Pin #11 on the foglight switch connects to pin #86 on the foglight relay.

I have the instructions and the addendum for this job. Let me know if you'd like me to send you a copy.
