PLEASE HELP!!!! with instrument panel (archive)

I have an annoyance that is just bugging the hell out of me and there is no dealer around. I need to take out the panel and change the bulb, but have no instructions on how to do it. Can anyone give me some advice? Also, my ABS light on the panel is constantly on........HELP!
