Is an M3 exhaust one of the best for power, or are there other aftermarket exhausts that will net more? And how difficult are installing exhausts?

Also, for people running CAI's, how much of a problem is hydrolock? And how difficult is the install and where is a place that sells a bunch of different ones, and do they still use the stock airbox/K&N filter.

How difficult is it to put it aftermarket chips (that remove the governor) and/or cams. How about pulleys, does anyone make lighter underdrive and crank pulleys for quicker power steering and less reciprocating mass?
