this is what i did and it came out pretty shiny and clean
i have a dremmel rotary tool i put a buffer bit on it and got some chrome metal polish its a cheap one from autozone and buffed it with the dremel tool
and hand polished it with some more
and then i put a good coat of car wax it looks good

The oil cover cap and the butterfly valve to the intake don't look nice. I've tried a couple things, but can't get them shiny. Ideas? I'm avoiding painting if possible.
