96 328ic w/108k miles (archive)

I am on a trip and learned of a local fellow selling his 96 328ic automatic with premium package for $15k firm. Just curious what you guys think of this price, it looks pretty nice, the miles are reportedly mostly highway. If I got this, I'd sell my 328is w/76k when I get back up north.

I know you guys can't make the choice for me, but as I'm going back in 1 day, and could drive it back up there, thus making the trip more comfortable on my family who is with me by splitting us between two vehicles instead of one, so the pressure's on. I'm not afraid of miles, and it looks great with the M3 wheels.. I might have the chance to get away with a nicer ride and make some money at the same time. Anyway, I appreciate your advice very much.
