The way I understood it (I use to read a lot more on very technical boards) cams and pulleys were still considered "bolt ons" in the true sense of the word. But I guess labor was another issue...

About this programmable chip, I know basically nothing about fuel maps and timing and so forth. So how easy is this thing. I think I'm gonna hold off on an exhaust for now cause its too expensive.
