Just take a piece of wire (I even used a large paper clip) and shape it so that you can stick one end into pin 7 and the other into pin 19. Turn your ignition to position two like you've already done. Then, go put the wire into each pin and hold it there for about 8 seconds for oil service reset and about 14 seconds for engine service reset. Once you've held the wire there for the correct amount of time, pull it out, and turn the ignition all the way off. Once you turn it back on, the lights should all be on. If it doesn't work, try it again. Mine didn't work the first time.
