if you are pressure bleeding then start from farthest to nearest. If you are vaccum bleeding then start from nearest to farthest. Don't ask me why; anywho for ABS pressure bleeding is not recommended and vaccum bleeding is safe.
i vaccum bled mine and started from nearest to farthest and everything is fine.

I seen some articles saying to start bleeding from the furthest caliper from the resevoir and some saying otherwise? So do you which is it? furthest or closest first?

Also, what should I use to connect to the bleeder nipple?

Thanks
