U all have heard how my car may have problems, I took it to the dealer...and am gonna be charged $72 for an hours labor to run a diagnostic on the car...I can deal with that, Today i get home from vacation...Go by the dealer as its near my house, check on the car. And i see that they did the work(It is in the done lot, and has the tag on the mirror with the refrence number on it)...SWEET, get my car back. NOTTTTTT! Im lookin in the car and notice the bumper trim from the front where the tow bolt goes in is in the seat, so hey they towed my car right...The tow bolt still in the bumper, who cares...BUT MY BUMPER...$800 when all is said and done to have an M3 painted bumper on my car, Is bent over backwards sitting on the curb...Attached to my car, but the mesh fell out...and the car is still up on the curb, Bumper is pushed up and back into the wheel wells. SO basically i need a new bumper, cause the damage on it isnt just paint. Obviously they are stupid because they left it on the curb, but i was sure to take a ROLL of film showing it all, Now i really need my car...It needs to get to Abdoul W. in Bethesda for the engine transplant...But the work they are gonna have to do is gonna delay this, and i cant wait longer...I need a car to drive...What can i do about this...Tomorrow they open up again...SHould i call and bitch, or should i wait for them to come to me, if they do...Please advise...Mind u this is TATE BMW of Annapolis...the dealer, not some shop.
