speaker size on 93 325is (archive)

Does anybody know the speaker that will fit a 93 325is. I want to put 6x9's in the back, and i heard that it is possible, but i want to make sure. Also what size speakers and tweeters do i need for the door panels. I know that they are hard to replace, but i have seen pictures of aftermarket speakers installed on the factory door panels, i just need to know what size they are. Thanks, DJ
