Need E36 318i Diff and Driveshaft (archive)

I got a 1993 325i with a 2.8L from a 1999ci, running M3 injectors, P-Flow and a Dinan chip.
My car turned 200,000 Kms(125,000 Miles) recently, one the last things I haven't changed on it is the rear diff and driveshaft. Now it is on it's way out, it's starting to howl a bit on deceleration, and it knocks lightly sometimes when I shift gears. My U-Joint is making a slight squeaking noise on from low engine speeds too. So I am going to take advantage of the situation and install a rear diff from an E36 318i/iS/Ti. Seeing how I am in need of a driveshaft as well I thought if I found the set from a car that is being wrecked with preferably low mileage it would make thing less costly and easier. I want the short 3:91 diff from the 318, as opposed to my current 3:15 diff, for better acceleration. Does anyone know where I can find what I am looking for? As well is there any difference between driveshafts 318>325? I am not in any immediate rush I would like to get it done sometime over the next 2 months, but anything I can have now will be great. Thanks for any help in advance........

Mazen
