I do not deny it is capable of prodigious grip and a lack of body roll, but a great handling car is not made by those characterisics alone. And I will admit I have not driven the Z06, but I have driven a c4 and a c5 and again, they feel so ungainly and brutish when hustling them through curves. Great handling cars for me are ones that are nimble and possess a great amount of finesse.
But hey, some people prefer the corvette's package, I am just not one of them. If a BMW does not convince you, try a 911 or a boxster S, truely nimble, fantastic handling cars.
It is probably just my ISP, which is AT&T here on the work T1.
All the mags *I've read* say the new Corvette is just great on handling.. definitely not comfort in those extreme situations, but the car sticks to the road and the weight shifts at least comparably.
Maybe I've been tricked?
