In what way does a corvette handle better than a BMW? To quote my e30 325i owning friend's mother, "My daughters car outhandles my corvette" This is coming from a corvette crazy! I simply cannot agree with your statement. It is so brutish and has absolutely no finesse in the turns. Are you saying that simply because it can post higher lateral accel. values? When is the last time you pushed your car beyond its lateral limits?

I own an e36, track a 964, and have driven a few corvettes in my day. Corvettes have ungodly amounts of torque, but handling is not their forte.
