Will a 325is exhaust & Cat fit a 325i/E36 1994? (archive)

Hi I'm planning to replace my Cat converter and exhaust on my 1994/325i/E36/4 door with a 1994/325is/E36/2 door. Will it fit? If not, can I make it fit?
