From what I know, the front springs and shocks from an m3 will not fit into any other car, be it a 318, 320, 323, 325 or 328, due to the difference in suspensions. I can't remember exactly what the variances are, but they will definetly not fit. That is the reason that there is a different set designed for the regular e36's as opposed to the e36 m3. The rear should be compatible though I believe.
