I bought the dual 3-inch round for my '94 325is. The markings on the tips (letters and pin stripes) are metallic adhesive decals. I removed those decals to clean up the look. The tips have rolled edges with a small drip hole on the bottom side near the rolled part (you don't see the drip hole unless you lay down on the ground and look up). I like the look of the tips. And after 100 miles the sound is getting smoother and mellower. Good luck!
