Rear speaker replacement (archive)

I am replacing the speakers in my 97 328i and have the front figured out with 5.25" Infinity Kappa component speakers, tweeter in the door, forget the midrange. But the rear speakers are a bit more of a challenge. I pulled out the crappy Nokia's (they're better off sticking to cell phones)and found that I can rebuild the factory frame with a component speaker with a 6" woofer and a tweeter. But most are 6 1/2". Wondering if anyone has sqeezed what brand into this spot?
