What's a car worth that's been tracked? (archive)

All,

In my seemingly-never-ending search, I have come across a '94 325i with 114k miles. It has been tracked (BMW CCA drivers schools), and modified as such (Dinan stage 2 susp, chip, AA exhaust, ECI air intake, K&N, UCC short shift, limited slip diff., 16" wheels).

What's it worth? I know the mods and tracking lower the price, but how much so? Would there be any reasons to stay away from it? I'll drive it later in the week.
