Factory Alarm question? Weird..... (archive)

On my 1995 325is, the factory alarm makes one 'beep' when locking and a double 'beep' when unlocking. THe shrill sound of that horn is enough to wake the dead. Is there any way I can change it to the beep i've heard on the 325ic or otherwise make it sound different. The horn is just exactly the wrong frequency to sound stupid and annoying at the same time (or so my neighbors tell me).
