When I come to a stop, in my 92 325I, my car has stuttering power. It seems to have these surges that make my car almost move slightly forward. I can hear the power surges coming from my exhaust. Is this signs of a bad or faulty exhaust or something different. Another point, when I have all my lights on and OBC, the problem is more noticeable.
