I personally like the C55 over the C43. The C43 is just a mildly modified version of the standard 4.3 motor.
Also there is a new C class coming out soon. They are supposed to be coming out with a 3.2V6 supercharger version as the new AMG C class. It will have more power than the current C43.
The main point that you will hear here is that its automatic. It really depends on how you drive and the conditions you normally drive in.
