read the archives on the Z3 board, but the Euro engine (supposed to be the E46 M3 engine) is going into the M roadster next fall for the US...sinc base MSRP of the M roadster now was about 4k more than the M3, I am guessing base MSRP on the 01 M roadster to be just under 50k
