Does that mean that the M3 will be about 45K or so, at least the ballpark guesstimate on your part. Since you said that the M roadster would be about few thousand higher but less than 50K.
Realise all this is just guesswork but while we were at it, I figured that I would ask if you or someone had any educated guesses. Thanks.

: : Just below 50k , I don't think so that would be a rip-off....why ? The new E46 M3 is a complete different car tahn the E36 M3. So the price increase from E36 M3 to E46 M3 and Z3-M to new Z3-M (with euro-engine) can't be compared the same way. Just a thought, since the Z3 doensn't change much except getting a new engine.

: on how cheap BMW can produce the new E46 M3 engine...i am guessing 50k is the high end of the scale, any cheaper is a bonus
