The Ferrari Web site says that the F1 transmission in the 360 Modena has been "modified and improved" over the one in the 355. The 360's F1 shifts in 150 milliseconds, vs. 200 in the 355, and it sounds like they may have also done some work to make downshifts smoother. See attached URL for details.
