I've also personally talked 2 ESS. I recently talked 2 Michael at ESS about the "rumor" going around. Michael tolded me that, "he would ship one of their systems to ANY company that thinks ESS copied another system, so that the S.C. system could be inspected." How could there be a copy right infringment when ESS has a distribution center right here in C.A.??? ESS is opening 3 locations here in the U.S. next year. The bottom line is that, I've found NO proof of this rumor. If I was one of ESSs' competitors I'd be upset also, ESS is selling the same S.C. for more than $1000 less than their competition...my $0.02
