The "unibody" that includes the rear fenders, would (I would think) be the same as the E46 coupe, and the fenders rolled (before painting of course. The front fenders have VERY large flares already, I'm not sure if they will need bigger ones, but then again they would still have to stamp out the side gills. If the rumors are true about the side gills not being functional, we might not even see the side gills in the US if the front fender flares aren't any bigger than on the Ci's. It would seem that homologization (at least with the front fenders) might be a way to keep cost down for the cars that get shipped over to the US. Who the heck knows though, just adding to the clutter of unfounded opinions on the new M3.
