Price question ????????????????? (archive)

Hi all,
I just signed up for the e46 M3 in Denver. I asked the dealer about the price and he said MSRP. From what I have heard it is hard to talk the BMW people down. I have always purchased a car below the MSRP, but it seems as BMW will not do it. Is there a chance to get the new M3 below the MSRP or is this a long shot. What are your thoughts and experiences.
