If you end up gaining only 30-40HP and having a big noise and 6,000USD out of your pocket than I'd say let it go stock and spend the 6,000 on weight saving applications. That is the best way to speed up the car anyway : Don't stress the engine just make his life easier !
Or you could blow the 6k on hookers too and they will blow you too !
