Are you serious, a car alarm, at best, is gonna wake up the neighbors. Thieves, especially in New York are going high tech, alarms can be disarmed in seconds after breaking in, if not before. Basically, if someone wants your car, it's gone. Though I am a strong supporter of Lo Jack.
