Are comfort, refinement, features and the ability to haul passengers on your list of needs in a new car? Those attributes are major deciding factors for most people. Both the M3 and the Vette are fast as hell. Any car can be made faster than another: I have seen CHEVETTES do 13.0 in the quarter mile! So waiting or not waiting just becuase one does the 1/4m in 13.2 vs 13.6 (or wutever) seems kinda pointless.. The M3 will undoubtedly handle more securely. That = more back road fun...
