The New M3 screams 4.5 0-60 (archive)

This board is great. However, let's put an end to the engine speculation. I know engineers inside BMW. The car will be 3.4L. The HP will be 345 and the torque will be close to 300. The car absolutly screams. I'm not kidding when I say that the car will come out of the factory with posted 4.9sec 0-60. Watch when Car&D get a hold of this beast. The number will be around 4.5.

Expected delivery into the US is September 2000.

I wouldn't consider any other car if you are going to spend between 48 and 52K. This is the car.
