You have to be kidding me. I own a 98 M3 and can't wait for the 01'. I also drove an S4. The Audi was nice but not in the same class. Forget the article in Car & D. The M is a man's car while the Audi is a Boy's car. The new BMW will be in the Porsche class.

By the way, check the residual values for both cars. Major difference. You'll piss through the 10k difference in depreciation over the first 2 - 3 years.
