I just visited my dealer, who happens to be a client of mine, so as history has it, at least for me, his word is good. I asked about selling the m3 for over msrp. He said some might. However they will not and bmwusa agrees it is unethical to do so. He also said he had other dealers that were offering him up to 10k for each of the m5's he had allocated to his dealership. Those guys will have to sell their cars for more than the msrp in order to recoup their cost of goods. So the short and the long of all this, there are snakes everywhere buyer beware!
